Synopsis: Benjamin Barry (Matthew McConaughey) is an advertising executive and a notorious womanizer. He makes a bet with his co-workers that he can get a woman to fall in love with him in 10 days. Andie Anderson (Kate Hudson) is a journalist who writes a "How To" magazine column. She has just gotten an assignment to write an article - "How to Lose a Guy in 10 days" - shortly after they meet in a bar.
Scene: Andie knows how to "How To" just about anything. One of her previous articles was called "How To Talk Your Way Out of a Ticket." She uses all her charms on this police officer.
Monogram: Her script initial A is embroidered in white thread on her red sweater. First Initial? Last Initial? In this case it could be either. Note: is it a coincidence that she is AA and he is BB?
